Welcome to H. Roscoe University. It is a blessing to us that you are considering this university for your religious education. Here you will find a quality education taught by some of the most gifted men and women of God. We offer distance education classes to meet the demands of your busy schedule. All classes are online because we recognize the need of time commitment and other expenses of meeting face-to-face.
Online students have access to class 24/7 and are provided a high-quality Christian theology education in the U.S. and internationally.
We trust and pray that you will be inspired by the Holy Spirit to go forth and fulfill your God ordained calling in this life. The university offer classes via an accelerated program where each semester is eight (8) weeks in duration.Registration is $90.00 and payable upon registration. Tuition varies depending upon your academic status. This must be discussed with an administrator to determine your placement.

Mission Statement
To equip the saints for the work of the ministry – Ephesians
4:11: 11. It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers,12. to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up, 13. until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of men in their deceitful scheming. 15. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into him who is the Head, that is, Christ.16. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.
Doctrine
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Furthermore, the authority of our faith and practice is Jesus Christ, who taught us to love God first and secondly to love everyone as we love ourselves. H. Roscoe University accepts scriptures of the Old and New Testament and accepts the scriptures as the all-sufficient bases of doctrine and practices.
Philosophy
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and secondly to love others as we love ourselves. We believe that as Children of God, we should be in consistent study of His Word, applying to our lives daily.
